Ombre Brows

  • Amanda's Ombre brows is a form of semi permanent makeup meant to replicate a soft powder/makeup filled brow or a brow tint. It uses a machine to deposit ink into the upper layers of the skin. The results are soft and powdery as opposed to having fine hair like strokes.
